  4.          To help you evaluate Easy Base, the evaluation version is now
  5.          supplied complete with a ready written fully working example
  6.          application. The application ,Easy Time Sheets, records the time
  7.          spent by the employees of an accountancy firm on the accounts of
  8.          its various clients for billing purposes.
  9.  
  10.          To access the application menus - exit from Easy Base and
  11.          restart. When the sign on screen appears sign on with the
  12.          password TSHEET instead of your developers password. The last
  13.          item on the application's main menu transfers you to the system
  14.          menus just as if you had signed on with your developers
  15.          password where you can examine the forms, menus and procedure
  16.          code for the entire application.

  18.          The application is fully working and includes data on about 500
  19.          clients. Only the clients addresses have been removed.

  21.          To create an "empty" copy of Easy Base to start your own project
  22.          copy the system files to a new directory and restart using your
  23.          developers password. The system files all begin with "EB" - to
  24.          extract them from the application use the DOS copy command with
  25.          the appropriate wildcards eg.:-

  27.          COPY C:\EB\EB.* C:\NEWDIR

  29.          To move the manuals to the new directory you must copy them
  30.          individually. The files are:-

  32.          INTRO.REP    MANUAL.REP     REFER.REP
  33.          
  34.          The Date Format is preset to North American (Month/Day/Year)
  35.          European Users should reset this (Item 2-Options in Utilities)
